HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT SOJA STUDIOS?

To book an appointment, please send an email to hello@sojastudios.com with the following info;

- What service you are wanting done

- What stylist you'd like to see

- Your availability 

- A little info about your hair history etc.

Alternatively, you can book online under the 'book online' page, or via the link in our Instagram bio. 

WHERE DO I FIND YOU?

We are located at South City Square in Woolloongabba.

South City Square is a new hub in Woolloongabba featuring Brisbane’s newest trendy restaurants, bars, gyms, cinema and more.

You will find our store on the ground level next to The Market Hall or opposite Club Vitality. Secure paid underground client parking is available as well as on-street parking surrounding South City Square.

If you have arrived at your appointment and can’t find us, give us a call on 0481 835 591.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE?

At Sōja Studios we like to spend a decent and fair amount of time with our clients to ensure they are getting the best hair result possible. Usually a colour service can take anywhere from 3 hours to 5 hours.

DO I NEED TO CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

Yes please! You will receive a confirmation text 3 days prior to your appointment asking you to confirm. 

Please keep in mind we are a small business and every appointment counts, if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking we will charge a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee. 

In the event of a No-Show, you will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.

For our other freelance businesses within Soja Studios, cancellation policies may differ and we recommend making yourself familiar with their policies prior to booking an appointment.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?

Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your booking to cancel or change so that we can do our best to fill the spot.

Please keep in mind we are a small business and every appointment counts, if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking we will charge a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee or 50% of your total booking for no-shows.

 For our other freelance businesses within Soja Studios, cancellation policies may differ and we recommend making yourself familiar with their policies prior to booking an appointment.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We like to keep things ultra relaxed & quiet in the space; however, we understand things can happen. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring someone to your appointment and we can do our best to accommodate.

To the mums- we are baby friendly! Let us know if you’re planning on bringing your bub to the salon and we can do our best to find a quiet corner for you!
